This is an unusual plant for the flower garden as it's usually grown for its edible spinach like leaves that are packed full of vitamins. It can grow very tall, between 1 and 2 meters so it's one for the back of the boarder to provide beautiful texture. The best part however is the amazing seed heads that look lovely in the garden but also dry very well.
