With long spurred white petals and a soft lemon centre, this is one of my absolute favourite aquilegia. It flowers in spring and is does well in both full sun and part shade. The flowers are quite large for aquilegia at around 6cm wide and will often have a second flush early summer.
Plants will flower in their first year if sown in autumn but will flower more prolifically in their second year.
